Questions
How does per-store pricing work?
The plan price includes your first store, and each extra store is a smaller add-on. Add a store and you pay the prorated difference automatically: on your next invoice when billed monthly, or right away when billed yearly. A store is one Freefall page with its own drops, branding, keys and payouts.
What counts as a seat?
Everyone on your team, including you, plus invites that haven't been accepted yet. Trader and Exchange let you add extra seats any time.
What's the platform fee?
A percentage of each sale, lower on bigger plans. It's deducted automatically when the sale is paid out to your Stripe account. No listing fees, no fees on drops that don't sell.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with 14 days free. You can cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
What if a payment fails?
You keep your plan for 7 days while you update your card. After that your account moves to Ticker limits: extra stores are unpublished and drops over the limit are paused. Nothing is deleted, and it all comes back when you pay.
Who handles refunds and chargebacks?
You do, under your own policy. Refunds are issued from your Freefall console and paid from your payout account; disputes are answered there with your own evidence. Freefall isn't responsible or liable for returns or refunds.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades apply straight away and are prorated; you can downgrade or cancel from Manage billing.
How does the Live add-on work?
Add Live to any store and go live from a phone streaming app or OBS. Your drops appear on the video with their live price and a Lock button; prices still come from your market, so viewers pay exactly what they lock. Live is $29 per live store a month with 200 watch hours included, on any plan.
What if I need more watch hours?
Add a pack whenever you like: 100 hours for $12, 500 hours for $50, 2,000 hours for $160. Bought hours carry over month to month and are used after your included hours. Turn on automatic refill and a pack is added when you run out, so a show never stops. One person watching for an hour is one watch hour.

Yes: unlimited stores and seats, a negotiated platform fee, an uptime SLA and dedicated onboarding. Talk to sales.
